Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

We don't accept returns or refunds.

At Prapals, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. To ensure you receive your order in perfect condition, we conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatching our products. Unless you're not satisfied with the size you ordered, we're here to help.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues only. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

- The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

- The item is returned with all its original packaging and tags.

- Please provide a video of the product unboxing within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange Process

If your exchange request meets the above criteria, follow these below steps:

1. Email us at prapals.info@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange.

2. Pay ₹199 per product for exchange processing and share the payment screenshot with us on the same mail.

3. Ship the exchange product to us via a reputed courier agency, our team will share the shipping address with you and share the AWB number and courier details with us.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll dispatch the new size within 7-10 working days.

Important Notes

- We only offer exchanges for domestic orders.

- Exchanges are limited to once per order.

- If the requested size is unavailable, we request you to order new product with same price and share those details via mail to avail refund for old product.

- Products purchased under SALE or using a coupon/discount code are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- Prapals shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or item(s) directly shipped by the customer.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
